Craft the perfect brows with The BrowGal Highlighter & Concealer Duo Pencil.
This double-ended pencil was made especially for brows, but can also be used elsewhere. The shimmer end accents a perfect BrowGal shape, while also providing a gorgeous highlight to all areas of the face. The matte end covers hair regrowth in between tweezing, accents brow shape, and conceals the look of imperfections.
Both sides offer a soft, workable formula that spreads easily and doesn’t quit. Formulated with vitamin K and alfalfa extract to reduce the appearance of puffiness around the eyes.
