How to Use
- Primers are not concealers. Mario recommends priming with a shade lighter than the lid because it brightens the eye and makes shadows pop.
- To prime the eye, choose one shade or mix your own, and apply it to the lid using the flat end of the double-sided EF1 Brush.
- To set the lid, tap powder on top of the primer using the fluffy side of the EF1 Brush
- Use primer to cut your crease and highlight the brow bone.
- Use powder to smooth, perfect, and diffuse the edges of the shadow.
