How to Use:

Shake before use. For adults only. Rinse with two teaspoons (8-10 ml or half a mouth full) for 60 seconds prior to brushing to achieve maximum whitening by removing surface stains. For best results, rinse twice per day, morning and evening. Not recommended if you have gum problems or related allergies. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
